I think "monochrome" means 1 color, and usually refers to a black and white design plus one color, so for instance black, white, and red. On the other hand if you are looking for a greyscale air vent emblem, I found one for an m3 while looking for non-m3 air vent emblems today. IMO its a little overpriced, but if its gonna set off your car, go for it.

you linked the ones for the e92's but if you look in his store you can find the ones for e46. However slight warning, I just bought these from the same seller, they don't fit 100%, I had to shave about 1mm off the top & bottom of each badge off with a razor, once you do that it looks perfect.

I got them. They are nice quality. I can't comment on fitment as I got impatient and scooped up a pair of german flag ones from mfest.

The monochromes take about a week to arrive from Singapore.

I also got a set (sort of pricey) and the build quality seems as good as the OEM emblems. Their fitment is perfect in height, but just slightly narrow by about 2 mm for width, which isn't much of a problem as I see it.
