Ground Control 375/430 Coilover Springs

Front 6" 2.5ID 375lb/in
Rear 7" 2.5ID 430lb/in

Upped the springrates for my car since I've been doing more track days. These were the best for daily driving. Love this spring rate for daily use on San Francisco Streets.

Looking for $150obo

These are Coilover springs. if you do not have coilovers, these will not work for your car!

They will drop it but you also need at least the Ground Control spring perches
if you have stock or stock style struts, otherwise they will not fit, these are springs for coilovers.

these are for COILOVER SETUPS ONLY> It's for those wanting to go softer rates I assume.

How daily-drivable are these spring rates?

Super daily drivable. It's one of the softer setups ground control provides. Grandma approved

The rears look like they would work with my AST height adjusters. Do you know if the fronts would work with AST coilovers?

I am not sure what 5mm will do. I believe AST uses 60mm springs but these are 2.5" which is 65mm springs.
