I have an oem m3 bumper. I have holes for the license plate on the bumper, but dont have the screws for it so I mounted it on the grill with some metal wiring.
How did all of you mount the license plate on to the given holes. It honestly doesnt look like any screw would be able to used for the holes it has since it has no grooves. I did have this in 1 of the holes. Im assuming this was for the screws. Any ideas on how I can mount the license plate on? |

My sig doesn't have the plate mounted but I cannot remember which screws I used. I have a bucket of nuts, bolts, screws, etc in my garage that worked (after trying many). I would say go to home depot and grab a couple skinny and big screws until you find something that works. Good luck!

the hole is just a hole, find any screw that works and screw it in.

To answer this question, you can tell because your car is not an M3. And that we can tell by the mirrors, the hood bulge missing, and the fenders not wide enough. Therefore, the OEM M3 bumper would not fit onto your car. Hence, it must be aftermarket.

I wouldnt say that. some fanatics have fitted OEM bumpers to their non-M cars. if you see some specific marks or lines on the bumper itself, then that is another story.

i can tell because oem M3 bumpers don't have those lame double holed mounting blocks in the front bumper (where the china made bumpers do). oem just use screws into the crease. if lucky it never has the front plate mounted and it's clean.
here is oem with plate removed and small holes where screws were in crease of bumper's leading edge
