But in all honesty, ALMS was amazing. Waited all day for it, and it was worth every minute. The Corvettes! Oh God the Corvettes! The sound was AMAZING.

I would say the Ferrari 458 and the Aston V8 Vantage are a close second as far as sound.

Motorsport is but one avenue of motoring culture. A very rigid, precise, and disciplined one at that. I am not a big fan of motorsport (apart from rallying), but I will not relegate them to the same category as stretching and poking and modifying the suspension geometry to make a car handle worse.
