Wierd cd player help

Hey i disconnected my negative battery terminal when i was installing my new intake and when i put it back on, after driving, i noticed my cd's dont play anymore it just says "TK" for Track ofcourse, but it doesnt play the cd anymore, wth happend? I just bought my 328i btw so if its a simple fix sorry. Its also the factory stereo.

maybe the magazine is jammed. go take it out and put it back in again.

No cd's go in and out fine, its just not playing, its very odd
