WTB 323/328 headers

I have a cracked exhaust manifold so I figured I'd upgrade. All tHe current eBay headers under $500 appears as though lower flanges need to be welded on. I'd like a direct bolt in replacement. I have a 2000 328i. Thanks.

323/328 headers are hard to find! I've been looking for a few weeks now and still nothing!
