The answer is no. M3 diff will not bolt up to the non-M car.

If you wish to have M3 diff in your non-m car you will need to swap M3 diff carrier, trailing arms, sway bar, brakes and e brake. You will also need to shorten your driveshaft in order to accommodate the longer M3 diff

Where in Canada are you? I have all the parts that you'll need for the swap and can help you out with the driveshaft if you need, depending on where you are

That's okay, most people on this forum don't.

My Ride: is paid off
I just did the swap on a 2005 330i. All you need is the subframe, diff, axles, sway bar and driveshaft (if you currently have a six speed). If you don't have a six speed transmission, you'll likely need a custom length driveshaft.

You DO NOT need the trailing arms, control arms, brakes or e-brake to bolt everything up!! Good luck!
