Dean & DeLuca Cookbook Taste: One Palate's Journey Through the World's Greatest Dishes The Frugal Gourmet (and FG Cooks Three Ancient Cuisines) Mrs. Chiang's Szechwan Cookbook I just scored The Escoffier Cookbook for $4 at the local bookstore.
