Vibration on low RPM, E46 330XD

Hi
I`m suffering from a very annoying problem.
On RPM`s 1500 to 2000 with just a little load on the engine I get a vibration / shudder through all gears.
If I open the throttle up and give the engine a good load everything seems fine.

I think I have concluded that gearbox / clutch is not the issue since it disappears with load and is present on all gears.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Thanks for your reply! The vibration is not in the steering wheel but I had the tires check to be sure. No effect thou
The vibration seems to origin from the engine or drive train
