Basar, nice project. You have that huge wing in the back (as do I). Why havent you balanced the car with a large front splitter? You are getting hundreds of pounds of downforce, but mostly over the rear wheels. Ask anyone about areo mods and they will tell you such a large wing in the back necessitates a large splitter in the front. A couple canards/dive planes would not hurt either.
Hope you will be able to fit adequate rubber to be able to use all that HP. If not most of it will be just wasted. You are going to need VERY sticky track or strip type tires to allow this to hook up. Making rear fender flares is one way to at least get some more width.

If you set this car up properly, very few will be able to touch it. It should smoke almost anything on the road or the track.

Thank you, i have currently removed the wing. I am going for more stock look. I am thinking about having the hardtop painted in car's color.

As for traction i will see and then buy a wider tire.

I dont want traction at 1st gear i dont want to hurt my drivetrain


I think my current conti 5p 255 35 18 could hook in second gear at 500 hp

Bas, how do you done any research into whether we need rear subframe rein-forcement?? im guessing no as ive never heard this an issue on our already beefed up chassis and the car is 5-6 years old now...... so We'd have heard something BUT its only now the big power options have come to light.....

Hi bro, i am planing to do a reinforcement because this car was designed and built for 343 hp...

I am planing to double the horsepower in 1 year hopefully.


My shop is a very experienced BMW shop. I will make them analyze the rear subframe of z4m compared to e46 m3.

I will also make a OVERKILL reinforcement to the subframe. I can send detailed pictures to you

I have ordered HPF stage 3 clutch also, I am also going to buy pro-efi ignition coils.

I will build the car's fuel, ignition, drivetrain system capable of 1000 hp (crank). I will not wait for car to go lean or misfire to upgrade.

I want to build just like factory does build it for more than it actually produces.

The kit has been shipped today !!!

mfest preps for shop cars has caused delays...

Now i only need the tune and some small parts which will be sent next week.

My HPF kit is in Turkey' i will collect from customs next week and possibly finish the install next week.. :O

2.2 liter S2000 has sc6265 at 0.75 bar (11psi) vs Naturally Aspirated Z4m with 140 kg weight reduction, exhaust and 4.1 diff.

I have taken alot of photos i will make a video and put them in it








The kit has not been installed hopefully i will get the base map next week


HPF has really made a great kit i loved the quality of the parts...


I have FIC 1100 CC injectors, carbon fiber intake, polished intake manifold, HPF stage 3 clutch and pro efi with ethanol sensor and pro efi color can display as extra compared to stage 1.

As you all know z4m kit has a little bigger intercooler than m3 stage 1




The intake manifold, intercooler and motor mounts will be installed tomorrow
