Since all the z4m turbo kits will have pro-efi i think it would be great if you can offer the e85 tune...


e85 for low boost and e98 for high boost

There isnt at gas stations. But you can buy ethanol and use it on your car.

I think it would be great if e98 was used for race map for hpf kits. You wouldnt need a sensor since the level of ethanol is always same unlike e85...

Probably won't get it...I'm doubtful anyway. You'd be better off talking to Jason@ProEFI and asking him for a basemap seeing as how HPF has dropped ProEFI from the Z4M and their entire lineup.

We still do ProEFI tuning and still have several ProEFI EMS's here including the dealer one. However, John is not comfortable sending out our Z4M tune yet as there are still a few bugs in it.

Definitely work with Jason @ ProEFI.

Not sure if I am understanding this correctly...but you sold him a turbo "kit" and now you are telling him your tune is not ready and to go to Jason for a tune? Or am I missing something here? (did he buy a tuner kit possibly?)

ProEFI sold him a plug-n-play ProEFI EMS that is supposed to run the Z4M. We have been selling our HPF "tuner" Z4M turbo kits that do not include an EMS, wiring harness or tune. We will be building an AEM based Z4M turbo system relatively soon that will come complete as our M3 turbo systems do. For now those that want to get started can work with ProEFI as they have a plug-n-play system for the Z4M and get our "tuner" turbo kit from us.

Ah that makes sense, so the other dude from europe with user mackenzie something (england I believe) has a tuner kit as well I could have sworn you guys were sending him a tuner?

thought mackenzie was a rhd m3 with aem?

Hello Chris, no worries i can wait until you fix the bugs. I know you would help me once you make solve the small issues.

I thank you and all HPF team for making this kit but i have to tell you that i have bought a turbo kit.

I have hundreds of emails to confirm this and of course an invoice.

I really dont want to argue about this there is no problem because i know that HPF is a solid company and thanks to HPF i now have a turbo on my Z4M.

I hope John solves the bugs out.
