Aaron, this should be perfect for your halogen housings, but you'll need to pull apart your existing headlights housings and from memory your facelift coupe lights need to be baked apart, so if your keen to do that then this shouldn't be a problem. Have a read thru this thread, it's about 30 pages long, but there's heaps of useful info in there.

You'll love it, couldn't really be easier. I'm just struggling to get the rotational alignment right in my rhs then I'll be apples. Follow them on Facebook/Twitter to keep an eye out for discounts.

Aaron, this isn't really for you. You should look into retrofitting an FXR bi-xenon projector.

You would need the bulb as you're switching from H7 to H1, you can reuse your ballasts however.

Get this kit with the bulb colour of your choice, 4300k was mine.

EDIT: And a set of these so you can activate the bi-xenon solenoid.

And better.
Just read through the thread that Shannon posted to get a good understanding of the install process.

EDIT: You'll also want a set of E46 shrouds found here.

Reflector housings only, no good seeing as you already have projectors. Having never been inside a facelift coupe headlight I have no idea how they mount.

Nope, for our housings, the E46-R shroud is the one you want.
Plus its as close to OEM as you can get.

The colour is Stratus Grey, I absolutely love it too.
Didn't realise how rare it is till after I bought it.

I made a thread about it, only one other person said they have this colour:
http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=915653

Did a quick search and looks like the M3's came in that colour too, only found two though.
