If you want to dye the seats, check out the "color bond guinea pig" thread. Its quite lengthy by now but definately worth the read.

Replace with an OE Bosch 120a after correctly diagnosing this is the problem.
I'm taking it to the dealer today. Well see what's wrong with it. Thanks for the help.

Guys I need help quick, took a short drive and smelled burning oil and saw smoke, pulled in the driveway and it's coming from where I'm pointing in the pic, took the plastic cover off to see better and removed the oil fill cap and get smoke outta there to.... Not good.... Valve cover gasket?

Ehh, could be. That's also the side your headers are at.

It is possible some sort of fluid spilt onto the hot surface and started burning away. Check the surface of the exhaust manifold heat shields first.
Did the car's sound change at all? You could also have burned through the engine-block to manifold gasket, developing an exhaust leak.

There's something I'm assuming oil on the heat sheild above the header, assuming its tht burning off, I'm letting it run not and watching it. Let me try and get a better pic

There's a good pic, that was the source of the smoke as far as I can tell, very good sign I need a valve cover gasket. I have a warranty for a bit longer, should I DIY or let them look at it?

ya just looks like VC gasket. If it's covered under warranty, let them do it!

Update, warmed it back up and am watching it, looks to be comin from the underside of the header? It's not a constant smoke it's like bursts of smoke and it's not super heavy it's like wisps of it

UNDER the header???? ummm So are you sure it's not leaking from the VC, and just running between the runners, then burning off lower? I can't think of any reason oil would be leaking BELOW the header (besides serious issues with HG, but let's not go that far yet)

Could be running down, could also be something else burning off, it stopped now but I'm replacing the gasket

I say this because I have the same issue ONLY sometimes, I will see just a hint of smoke, and its just a drip of oil from the VC. Got my VC gasket, spark gaskets, and VANOS seals in my room ready to be replaced, just need to find the time :|
