Lightbulb Adaptive D2S Xenons Not Working

I've recently had Umnitza's Orion V2s installed into my ZHP and ever since then, my headlights have not been self-checking, adjusting, or whatever it's called.

Before I had them installed, whenever I turned on the ignition and turned the dial all the way to the right at night, I can visibly see the light in front of the road go down, then back up (projectors shifting down, then back up).

Now however, they do not move at all and when turned on, they are already level. Was this caused by a wiring issue?

If this is relevant, I do not have DRL's set up. And even when I turned the dial to the left (auto), it still doesn't auto-adjust anymore.

What's going on and how can I fix it?
