Hay everyone, I have also problem with aBS/asc and brake lamp. They are turned on. Im first they go on 2-4 times and then off. Again on again off. I went to diagnostic and diagnostic shows rear left senzor.I buy new senzor originaly to my car number(163***8364. But the lamps are still on and speed meter now also not working. Speed meter was already stop working when they take down the senzor.One person who is expert for this things, he works just electronics for cars said that this senzor is wrong. Is that posible, I bought this originaly senzor exactly to my car number. Realy dont know what to do!Help My car is 330d (year production 17.11.2000). Thanks

This is a good starting point.

The DSC light came on the moment I made a call on my mobile as I was driving along. Can the phone transmission interfere with the DSC electronics? The car has had 2 new OEM rear sensors less than 6 months ago.

Your joking right? Btw your phone might give you cancer, cause your car to blow up while gassing up, and make a plane crash if you use it....

If you take one of the wheel speed sensor wires and plug it into the phone, maybe. The ABS/DSC will compare the speed of 3 wheels to how quickly you're talking or texting on the phone and then decide if it should kick it to redirect your conversation.

My rear left abs senzor is stop working.that show the diagnose. I have read the number from it 10.0751-1183.3. Can enyone tell mi catalog number for this senzor?

Hi Guys,

I seem to have this issue at the moment with the 3 lights on the dash and some ABS issues.

Currently I also have a knock/clonk which happens (drivers side front wheel) when I brake. I think that is a bush thats gone.

Anyway, I also seem to sometimes have my ABS come on (hear the grinding) when Im braking at quite a low speed.

Im wondering whether the bush being gone might be affecting the ABS? Or whether from experience people would just say, its also your ABS sensors?

Any previous experience with the same symptoms whould be great.

I solved problem with ASC/ABS. It was ABS sensor. In your place i would try switch the sensor.

How could water possibly get into the sensor and "ruin it"? Its a sealed plastic piece, and all there is inside is a coil. Also, the sensors are a pain to get out and usually break in the process. Modules are the most common things that go bad, especially in older E46s.

I have these lights on too.

I had the same problem on my e46 ( DSC+ brake light "ON") , it was because the brake fluid was low, just add more brake fluid and the lights shut off in my cluster ... yeahhh
