MS45, MSS60, MSV70, MSV70-1, MSV80 etc, all use a completely different protocol and I'm certainly looking into adding support.

I should have added MSD80 to the list. I'm looking to add that as well! If I do need some testing I'll definitely let you know. From your other posts I know you have all the tools installed. |

MS45 support is needed. I have MS45.0 and can help you with something. Will be very good to have an Android version for comfortable test runs.
Also why lambda values have %? Lambda must be from 0 to 1. |

Yes, MS45 is planned, but has a different protocol.
That's Lambda Integrator 1 and 2, not Lambda readings from the sensors. |

Thanks. It's available at www.bimmersoftware.com. There's a few guys already running around making good use of it.

I have a macbook air with os x lion installed is there any special install instructions I need for the program? Or should it just install normally? Last question my friend has a window's 7 laptop does your software run on that as well? He was worried it might be XP only. Thanks again can't wait to start using this!

Is it possible, for auto drivers, to add the signal from the EGS to reduce torque? so it could be possible to see the interaction between engine and transmission and calculate shift response i´m very interested in that Last edited by daniel_f.; 06-19-2012 at 03:41 AM. |

There's a video on the product page that shows the basics including how to install. Drivers will be automatically installed for you. The product page says Mac OS X 10.4 And Up, Windows XP And Up, which includes Windows 7. Would it be easier to tell if I listed them all? Also the licenses work on Mac OS X or Windows, so you can switch between them at any time. Right now we're gathering DME information only, but that's not to say we won't be able to reach out to other modules in the future. This will, however, slow the logging rate down. |

It is actually in the DME, but it comes from the EGS. It advises the engine to reduce torque to help shifting

Send me a recording while doing what would activate this bit.
If it's there I'll find it. |
