It's that time of year again where temperatures skyrocket!! If you own an E46 M3 than you've probably seen the oil temp gauge needle to the right of the centerline. Don't ruin your engine by overheating it. We've taken the E46 M3 factory oil cooler to a completely new level for all NA, supercharged and turbocharged M3's. This is a plug and play oil cooler that simply bolts right in and replaces the factory oil cooler. The factory oil cooler lines simply connect to our new oil cooler so no need for AN fittings or steel braided lines. This oil cooler also has brackets that are designed to work for NA, supercharged, and even provides mounting locations for the HPF FMIC to connect right up to it for our turbo guys. We also built ducting directly into the oil cooler to bring cool air up from below and to redirect heated air flowing across the radiator around the oil cooler and not through it. This oil cooler design also retains the factory fan shroud, A/C fan, A/C lines and radiator location and configuration. Installation is a snap and the average at home do it yourselfer can install this themselves.
HPF OIL COOLER FEATURES 400% Increase in Core Volume GROUP BUY SPECIAL PRICING (SAVE $200) NA without ducting - $895 - Group Buy Price $695HPF OIL COOLERS IN STOCK TODAY Call now to get on the group buy list AND SAVE $200 (503) 256-5600 or email sales@horsepowerfreaks.com ![]() ![]() ![]()

Is there any picture with the installation (even a mock up would do)? I would be interested in the version that supports supercharged one (AA) with ducting (AA).

It took me 45 min to do mine. I was in Phoenix during the summer and drove my car hard with this oil cooler. Temps never went past the half way mark!

Most often mine runs left of center under normal semi-spirited driving. A 15 lap session at streets of willow with ambient temps around 15'C was just right of center. 5 Laps in 40'C heat and was heading farther right...I don't recall how far as I was watching my coolant temps get near the red and backed off...it was retardedly hot that day.

I also run a perfect 50/50 mix with one bottle of water wetter, hpf fan clutch but no a/c fan on all the time...but at Vegas in the 40'C heat...I don't think that would fix it...any other time my temps have been perfect...even last year at Mfest my temps were better.
