Floated a valve, can you pull head with the motor in car?

Well finally mis shifted

I knew I should have replaced those shifter bushings or gotten the DSSR a year ago...

Anyways took out a valve but due to a lack of space I can't really pull the motor, not going to pay to have it done at a shop. So the idea is sell it as is, or if I can pull the head while the motor is in the car I will probably just rebuild it. (After that I'll do the shifter as well....)

So that's my question, can you remove the head while the motor is in the car? Took a look and looks to me like it might be possible.

It's tight. I did my first M54 in the car. You will want a couple friends help with the weight putting it back in
