I saw a thread for college students who own e46's, what about highschool students who own E46s Ehhhh?

- sport/premium package - 6 speed manual - 66k miles Senior in HighSchool. AND YES, i did buy my car myself and i pay my own insurance, gas, mods, and maintenance! Im not spoiled and lucky like those 15yo's with an M3...which they barely can drive.

I think what he's trying to say is there isn't any real mystery to 'affording' a bmw when you're a minor living with your parents. Unless you're emancipated, you can't even form a contract to purchase a car on your own.

I'd be willing to bet that almost none of the highschool students on E46F own a car. There are only a few states where it's even possible to title/register your own car under the age of 18 and pretty much none where a minor can (legally) take out a loan by themselves.
It's the end of June, anyone over 18 that is still in highschool at this point is either doing summer school and didn't graduate on time, or otherwise *special*.
