Im selling my M3 HardTop (no hardware kit included) it was painted Black a few months ago. It's in great condition asking $1500.00 (local pick up only) located in brooklyn ny, any questions pm me

Cool, thanks. Why was it painted black -- what color was it before? Also, what does, "no hardware kit included" mean? Sorry -- I am not at all familiar with the hardtops.

You need a hardware kit in order to retrofit a hardtop onto a convertible that did not come with a hard top from the factory. It's two brackets and plugs in the rear.

On another note, why was the top painted ON the car? That's very odd.
