Question. Can you take out the fuse panel from the bottom? Or do I need to remove the top of the dash?

Question. Does anyone know if there is a trim piece/storage compartment that fits into where the AC Heater controls are being removed from in these pics? I'm thinking of moving my AC heater control down and installing a single DIN stereo with a "flip down LCD screen" where the factory stereo is.

I don't think so. You can get a blank piece for the radio.
You could a manual climate control piece and make a custom blank piece. |

Kudos on the excellent documentation. I'm trying to run wires behind the dash to mold my radar's mute button

Epic. This has just about convinced me to pay a local shop to replace my evaporator. A fantastic job, and a model for all DIY documentation.
