Just an update, we installed my new front wheel bearings and..... 330 front calipers and rotors. I got the rotors as part of the deal. They're slotted. I went with OEM pads. Much improved over the 325 setup I had before. They look right at home behind my Style 119s I painted the caliper carriers and rotor hats before throwing them on. I'm going to spray the calipers silver when I get my new guide pins with brass bushings ![]() Before: ![]() After: ![]() ![]() ![]() There's about 1/4" clearance between the wheel weights and the calipers ![]() ![]()

Dude i dont think you need a drop at all. I have an 03 325 with bilstein struts replacing the leaky oem ones witht the factory springs. Meaning factory height. Less caution on the road and i dont think the dropped cars look that good... Sorta ricey

Did you notice the brakes felt slightly touchier and did the brake pedal have a slightly softer, longer throw?

No, yes, yes. They are just as touchy as my 325 brakes. I have a feeling that my 325 pads were more aggressive despite the fact they faded quickly.

I'm more interested in getting rear spacers at the moment though. With an offset of +47, my rear wheels are hiding. |

Just an update. I recently got 12.5mm LTBMW spacers for the rear to correct the mismatched offset. Nothing aggressive, just evening everything out

Where are the "after" pictures with the spacers installed? It looks like there are only "before" pictures with the wheels sunk way into the wheel wells.

Thanks!
I ended up respraying the carriers silver. Makes the calipers look bigger I've also repainted a wheel a couple weeks ago. I'll see about putting some pictures up. I also replaced the front caliper guide bushings with solid brass ones. There's a bit more pedal feel that (interestingly) had disappeared when I switched from 325 to 330 calipers. I'm still loving the Jurid pads and slotted rotors. Haven't faded them once, unlike my Pagid and blank rotor setup previously which was fading and gumming up my rotors. Other than that, no new car work. I was too busy with my mountain bike ![]() Speaking of brakes, I have the 325 rotors and calipers for sale, along with brand new in the box never installed Pagid Red 325 pads. The calipers came off with 75k miles. PM me if you're interested in any of the above |

I need to replace my diff bushings though. That'll be next!I also got new tires. Michelin PS2s! They're N-specs...so I'm technically driving a Porsche now
