e46 w/m54 engine buzzing. My guess is DISA, any opinions?

Hey guys, while fixing a leaking headlight washer line on my 04 330i today, I noticed that my engine makes a weird buzzing sound. After searching around, I'm convinced that it is the DISA valve that is causing this, but I would like your opinions on it.

Here is a quick video I took.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

If your ccv is clogged or cracked ect.... When you remove the oil filler cap or the dip stick from the tube, thus breaking vacume, your ccv could make sounds like chewbacka from star wars.
