Do you guys get free food whenever?
Has anyone ever spit in the food because the customer was an ass to them? Ever took a lot longer to do an order because that customer was being an ass to you? Do you have to start mopping floors first before moving onto a different skill like fries or whatever? |

Just to throw out there before people forget it, there are a lot of McD's that are franchise owned, so what might happen at one may not necessarily reflect the conditions/actions at other locations.

Depending on the size of the restaurant, a new employee may be scheduled to only cleaning and then later on get trained in different area's of the store. In a smaller location, someone will be removed from the kitchen in order to do cleaning and then get back when they are done. If we have nothing to do we're not allowed to stand around so I either fill my levels in anticipation for the next rush, do maintenance or clean.

It comes in a dry mix with sugar pre-added and then they add hot water, cranberry raisins, diced apples, and cream.

I used to be a hater until I witnessed 1st hand restaurant operations and learned about the ingredients used. I hate when I go to another McDonald's and they're not following procedure just waiting for a provincial or corporate inspector to pass by and the food isn't fresh, I'm not shy to ask for the restaurant # to file a complaint.

Never witnessed or heard of anyone doing something to a piece of food or anything else related to the customers orders they arent supposed to do i.e spit in, drop and pick up etc
