e46 m3 jumping problem

Hey guys wondering if i could get any ideas on cause`s of my problem
My 2002 e46 m3 wen coming off power " ie coming down the revs" seems to be sluggish and jumpie as if its breaking or trying to slow itself down,
espeicelly between 2 and 3 rpms also wen cold it idles very low and sometimes conks out,, there is no problems going up the revs just coming down,,
ive replaced the flywheel as i taught this may hav been the problem but has not helped at all,,

Have you cleaned the injectors lately. Just a starting place also check spark. The engines stop fuel delivery while coasting so the engine is essentially off when you coast to conserve fuel this is why the mpg goes all the way to 50 when coasting. Start with the fuel injectors and then spark then move up the line check powers and grounds and signal wires to all then head for the DMe

Put a cleaning product it with the fuel too see would that help but made no difference,, just did this incase but dident think it was injectors when havin no problems goin up power only coming down
