Do you have any pictures of the current Alpine CDA 117E in your car? I currently have an OEM nav and trying to get a good clean line signal out of it is providing to be a big headache. I have the 117E deck in my old car we're selling, and tempted to just put the factory kit back in there and keep the Alpine.

Does it look clean enough or just has that 'out of place' look it it?

Double Din install looks like it would involve a lot of work and still looks out of place.

Welcome to the forum Daniel. EuroDivision is probably your bet bet. Their kits are not perfect, but are half decent!

I don't get what the appeal is with those "Replicas"...? Can someone fill me in?

Its not a kit car like a shelby cobra replica... and they just look wrong :\ why would anyone do it?

Anyone know where I can source a H7 HID kit for my car that won't produce dashboard errors? One of my halogen globes has died, so I figured I might finally put HIDs in. Only around 4300k though, I want to keep the OEM Xenon look.

Will these fit the bill?

^I bought my 8k HID's from Eurodivison, haven't had a problem with them. Aaron has 6k in his car and they are perfect IMO. 8k is that tad too blue.

Yeah I think 6k is where it's at, I had 8k on my old E36 but it was a tad too blue. Mind you Steve it looks good in your sig

I'm going to put the H7s in my projectors though, fogs look good too!

Had a 118i Sport as a loaner today. I was rather impressed! The gearbox is great at finding the power and makes the most of it. It felt more nippy than the 325 tbh. It had a bunch of extras like CIC nav which works great and makes my nav show it's age!

I dislike the look of them, the one I had was in Valencia Orange so I don't think that helped.

Apart from the looks, they would make for a great daily.

how much does BMW servicing cost? and do you have to pay extra for the loan car (silly question, I know)

It was free as they screwed up the PPI. I wouldn't ever pay for my vehicle to go there, as I feel you can get the same quality of work performed elsewhere for a fraction of the price. It is nice having a loan car though.

I've got reps and I love them. Only problem with going rep's of the style 67's is that they only come in all 4 copies of the front wheels only, not the concave rears, which is a bummer cause I love the look of the rears.

I think once I save up same cash, I'm going to start looking around for a set of 4 rear 19" style 67's for a square setup like this.
