How do I set the time on my radio? I know it should be on the owner radio manual but I don't have it. Anyone?

The time on the radio is the time on the cluster. Set it there.

What if it doesn't twist cause I tries twisting, but it seems hard I don't wanna force it or....

It does take a little bit of force. And it doesn't click like it seems it should. It's more like band resistant if that makes any sense.
