I'm assuming "skank" means something else in British English, because this just doesn't sound right:

A big bottle of whisky my old age neighbour gave me for cutting her front hedge. her and her husband are far to old to do it nowadays. They surprised me with is over the back fence I think she won it in a raffle, she's a slick skank, and inspiration to us all, goes great with peanuts though.

It probably does. Slvt also means something else One time at my grandmother's house she was apologizing for her house being dirty and she was like "I'm such a slvt." My brother and I were all like But apparently in old english talk it's someone who keeps a dirty home

It means a dirty person rather than a lascivious one, but still seems strange in that context.

Ervin and his neighbor got a press from HF when they were refurbishing Ervin's E30 subframe.
Other than that, any old shop should have a heavy duty press.
