Beef Salpicao Recipe

1 1/2 pounds sirloin cut into strips or chunks
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
2 tbsp oyster sauce
5 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
knob of butter

smash and chop the garlic. stir in the pepper, olive oil, salt and garlic and let sit at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.

turn the burner to the highest setting, you'll know when you're where you need to be when you drop water on it and it rolls to the edge of the pan and boils off in a few seconds

turn heat to medium, add in the oyster sauce and worcestshirererere and stir fry until the liquid evaporates again

From last night. Added onion and broccoli as well. Was decent, but not as flavorful as I would have liked.
