Dead seat

Can anyone tell me how to remove electric passenger seat from my E46 coupe please it doesn't work and I can't get to rear bolts

the whole seat doesnt work? this is why i love manual seats, one less problem to worry about.

Can you flip the seat forward (like you're letting a passenger in the passenger side) to gain more access?
