Does this M3 seem underpriced to anyone?

I'm thinking about checking it out, but does the price say it's too good to be true ?

Would not be considered underpriced in my area but definitely a good deal considering the low mileage, E46 M3's are kinda underpriced across the board in my opinion.

Good luck trying to reach the seller. I've emailed him or her several times and no response. I think they sold it to a private small dealership in the area. Later, I saw the car on autotrader for $19.9K. I talked to the stealership and he wanted $19.9 plus another $1K for mark up and prep fees. I told him he can keep it. However, I think it sold because it's off of autotrader.

Damn, I e-mailed him a few days ago as well with no response. That's why I brought it here to get some opinions. I guess it sold.
