Header install ???

i just ordered agency power headers and was wondering what the install & diy is at. doing it at my job on the lift to make things easier, i just want some tips and advice on it

+1 on the gaskets. that other g force thread was funny

op new gaskets and don't use a lift it has no benefit for the header diy.. just jack up the engine and have the car on jacks and you will be set. its not that bad it just when you take out a header and all 8 studs comes out is the part that sucks. its a pain to get those back in.. maybe locktite them if you can

Yea it was funny. To bad its locked now. When you put the headers on, are you going to be putting in simulators? Or euro tune to delete cel?

I am running with cel at the moment .. Need to install the sap block off plate I just got.. Eventually I will have the euro tune so no cel

Your DME doesn't support European DME tunes as the MS45.1 was never offered in the Euro Market.

Stuck bolts E46 headers

Gezz...

The last 3 bolts are giving me a "(%(#** of a time... A real PITA

I'm starting to round the copper bolt...

Any ideas... I tried, PB Blaster, Liquid Wrench, MAPP Gaz...

Wondering... Maybe its my technique?

I,m thinking what if I put a dremal to the bolt... Do you think I can take it off without damaging the stud?
