Question Need Help in St. Louis

Want to know if anyone in the St. Louis area has experience and/or wants to show me how to remove interior dash parts to be wrapped since I can't find affordable alluminum inserts.
Also need to remove and replace steering wheel.

Oh and dead pedal plastic thingy.

Plan/hope on doing this in the next few weeks to a month... hoping the temps drop below 90 soon.

Don't post much (like ever) so don't know if this is the right place to ask this and the avitar is not my current car... don't know how to change it but don't have new pics anyway.
