Honestly, i'd pass on this phone and grab one of the next round of Nexus phones. 4.1 is around the corner already, and the S3 probably won't get the update for 6 months after the Nexus phones bring it in.

Google is on the verge of changing how it releases new software in an effort to combat fragmentation (multiple Nexus phones from multiple manufactures), so jumping in now on the S3 will result in you missing out. Just my opinion This of course is nullified though if you root.

I'm not really a fan of Samsung's UI anyways.

Nothing looks better than the iphone, imo, but the Nexus would be my choice for androids. I like the Razr's thinness, but that Droidx-styled hump/overall shape bothers me. The CF/Kevlar is cool too.
We agree that the iPhone has a nice casing. I have a Samsung Galaxy S II and performance wise I love this thing over the iPhone 4S, but when it comes down to the aesthetics the iPhone just feels more solid and better built.

I toyed with the colors and went with White. Anyone else preorder? If so, what color?

I was a little worried that everyone will think it is an Iphone, but then realized that my current phone already does so who cares.... Should be a refreshing look instead of the dull blacks and grays I've always been used to.

Anyone rooted yet? If I had one I'd be ditching Touchwiz ASAP and flashing some pure jelly bean goodness. AOSP built or CM10 + this phone =

I just had a samsung galaxy s 2 skyrocket from at&t, and I went to t mobile in just bought a galaxy s 3. Let me just say this, this phone blows everything I have ever touched out of the water. It is only dual core because samsung was unable to make an l t e chip with quad core however the us version has Two gigabytes of ram as opposed to 1 gigabyte of ram in international version. This seems like it is well enough to make anything you throw at work. It blows everything I have ever touched out of the water. by the way. Everything that I just typed was used to voice typing and I did not correct 1 thing as it types exactly what I sent.
