How many free things do you have to give away to unhappy bit**y customers a day?

They used to have the play area with the little balls all over the floor. kids used to throw up in them... discussting.. how do they clean them up or do they just throw them out? Does the newbie have to do it?

my dad (owner) always cleaned out the ball pit himself. He'd take them all out into a baby pool and wash/disinfect them. He would find really nasty things at the bottom of those pits.

he got rid of the ball pits a few years back b/c they're such a giant, nasty PITA

once had a lady threaten to sue us b/c her son went headfirst down the slide and chipped his tooth on the ground after, lol.

Glad they got rid of them. But from a marketing perspective... it got the kids to nag the parents to take them there and buy food and drinks and the moms could BS while the kids played... Good idea! Just too bad everyone wants to sue.

I would have hated to clean the damn things.

um it depends . we never like to refund because food always cost cheaper than money so if someone comes right back from the drive through and we forgot something we will give them an apple pie and say sorry and thats that. if they call we get their address and send the bog cards. (be our guest) which means like a free meal of their choice. prob get 2 call complaints a week maybe less and prob 4 or 5 free apple pie scenario's a day per store it depends though on the store itself .

yup same thing my dad got rid of the ball pits because they were nasty. kids would pee and poop in there so we tossed them.

and yes summer time kids love the playground and parents love the inside with the mctv that the socal coop has now and iced coffee and other coffee drinks the parents bring all their kids in and it and buy bundles of food. happy meal sales go nuts this time of year also mccafe frappe's and smoothies sales are way up

I ate mcds in NY state and NJ.. what's up with the bread it tastes bland and breaks apart easier than pastry... the ketchup is much sweeter, and the locations only seemed to have Tangy BBQ.. i ask for honey i get honey mustard -__-

I asked for no grill salt on my mcdouble and it tasted the same

why ddoes the foood taste like crap. i used to really enojy mccdonadls when I was younger. Now that I am an adult the food tastes like sh1.t I much rather eat at Carls Jr.

when getting robbed you give the robbers all the money in the safe not that much maybe a grand or 2 , big portion of the money only the armor guy can get to so no matter what we cant touch that

So if I...or someone who isn't me...decided to rob McDonalds, all I...or this person...needs to do is keep the numbers on my side and rob the place when the armor guy is there? They're usually old...

we have a 6 foot 2 black guy with a pistol on his hip. sure try it they come at 11:45 am busy time of day many customers broad daylight and about 20 employees hehe
