232ci 2000 conv console removal - HELP!

I'm new and need help! How do I remove the console cover to get to the sunglass compartment, ash tray, etc. to remove them?

iirc the sunglasses holder just pulls out this might be hard if its never been out before but be firm but careful! its plastic remember!! then you will see 2 screws that were hidden by the glasses compartment undo them, then pull up the leather gearshift gaiter (pull the actual leather on either side and firmly pull it to get it up), then you will see 2 screws at the bottom of the frame undo them and gently pull the whole frame out, unpluging the lighter at the same time, and its out
