Super Rare Black Denon RT-10

I have a super rare black denon rt-10 for sale. Get great sound and an OEM like look, has amber display or green. And has an AUX input. It has the box with it (albeit in rough shape) but the headunit is in great shape, no noticeable scratches on the face. I bought this headunit for 800$ a few years ago and have since sold the vehicle it was going to go into. My loss is your gain, will ship for 525$ with insurance and delivery confirmation or picked up in florida for 500$.

Im just being ignorant, but I think asking you would help you sell it if others are looking at this and dont know..... why the hell is that so expensive? What does it install in? I can get a used dynavin for that price! Not knocking you AT ALL, just wondering

DENON is a highly regarded brand in the home audio section. Since they don't make Car Audio anymore. The Value/Rarity of this HU will always be expensive. I would love to pick up this unit for the e30 but at this point of time. I am not able too.

That is absolutely true in regards to Denon and thier long history of reliable, high quality products. I personally have only owned them for my surround sound units at home.

I just dont see the value(or existing value) in a peice of equipment that would be considered an antique by todays standards. You can have an antique Walkman and compare it to an ipod saying its one of a kind by a once reknowned company... But id say 99% of people would take a lower priced, more capable, ipod. You have a very nice, niche product. GLWS broski.

This unit blow most HU out of the water (sound quality) These hu is for older cars

I can understand its value givin most guys with e30's try to get them (or at least the interiors) back to stock form and this would be a great piece for that. GLWS op

This units sound quality is only rivaled by a few of todays headunits (which are 3-4times the price). Most with IPOD hookups etc sound terrible. If you have never heard one then you wouldn't understand really, its impossible to explain until you have heard a proper system in a car. Most people would rather have super loud boom in bass with 10speakers around them then a proper front channel only setup with a great sounding sub behind them.

You dumbasses realize that Dynavin is complete utter crap and anyone who knows jack crap about audio will tell you this unit will sound way above and beyond that. If you buy an aftermarket headunit for looks or because you want some crappy antiquated Android system on it, look elsewhere, if you actually care about audio, this is a great and rare unit.

How about you get a little more technical with this.... The Denon unit has Dual 64 bit Burr-Brown signal processors in it. This is the same signal processors that are used in their High End Home A/V set-ups. The sound quality is second to none and it would honestly take an audiophile to appreciate it.

It is not the type of head unit you can buy from Dick's Audio Shop for the "bumps in the trunk". It is a VERY detailed and performance oriented Head Unit for the right person and application.

I have the same unit, in silver that was a proto unit for Rockford Fosgate that was only available in Japan. Yes it wont do all the frills of today's head units but there is NO comparison for overall sound quality that this unit prodices.
