Power Steering leak?

I replaced my pump. Install went smoothly. A few days later, it seems to be dripping from the line to the pump where it goes into the pump. I am referring to the line that goes to the pump that you need a semi-big wrench for (18mm or 19mm), not sure what size it is.

I believe I tightened it to death. Then, drove 45miles to another fanatics place to meet up with him. He says I just made a line of fluid about 10feet long. I see the line got loose. Luckily he had an adjustable wrench. So I tightened it, topped off the fluid and went on with my day. Now, seems to have gotten slightly loose. There are drops coming down from the lower line.

Is there supposed to be an o-ring, maybe a crush washer that goes on the line before it screws to the pump?
