The 405 is Flywheel HP at the rear wheel should be close to 365+ RWHP

Yes, there would be a difference in hardware such as the S/C bracket, injectors, & MAF. But the displacement is what separates the 2 models.

Displacement really doesn't have much to do with it. The intake manifold and crank are different on the 328 and the 330, so are the injectors and MAF.

In fact, the 323/328 have more in common than the 330. So why won't this kit "
'work?'
