LOL, America has been sending the wrong message to the world for a very long time now. Deputizing the world, ridiculous debt, and our policies that aren't as progressive as you think they are; heck, even the system is abusing itself. I didn't say its okay for illegals to get a hall pass, I'm saying look at its place in the greater scheme of things if you are so concerned about tax dollars.

KBB suggests 7k so the price is about right. It looks to be in good condition. The miles are really low.

If your mechanic says that everything looks good, I'd offer $6500. Say that your a poor college student and that you need the Jeep to drive around your younger brother who is fully paralyzed.

I would suggest to offer $6500, but only if you are willing for the seller to deny your offer. It seems like Jeeps are very popular and the seller can probably get $7000 fairly quickly. If you are dead set on this Jeep, offer the $7000 and be done with it. In the long run, $500 isn't anything. If you have time and don't mind losing out on this particular Wrangler, try to negotiate.
