New key - Best place to get one?
Anyone know where to get an inexpensive key? Basically need a new one for my wife's car and i don't feel like swapping out the batteries. Is the stealership the only option?

Unfortunately the dealership is likely your only option. HOWEVER, not all dealerships are created equal (their pricing and service are excellent indicators of this). So shop around, and find a good price. eBMWparts.com (which is a dealership) was doing keys for $160 for a while.

The other option is the "replacement" key, which should be about $60, but no keyfob. Dealers charging more than $160 for a keyfob are not working with you.
