I agree that VIN would tell you that but from the pics I just don't see enough orange in the paint... respray maybe? Hellrot is the red in the middle, Imola for the other two red cars

Agreed that it doesn't look like Hellrot (i'm familiar with the color, my E36 M3 is hellrot). But depending on the cell phone/camera used to take the picture, and the lighting conditions, it could very well be hellrot.

Though a respray is certainly possible.

It has been resprayed. But it was done at chappman bmw in arizona. I didnt oen the car when it was sprayed tho.

^ agreed, I understand camera makes a huge difference plus that pic you posted looks more like hellrot.

OP, can you please take a pic next to a known red colored car so we can figure out what your car is. ATM I'm betting on electric or Japan red assuming it's a real BMW color.

No it doesn't because it's pronounced more like "heil-rote"

I just need to touch up the hood and and paint my me bumper and fenders i got the M3 front clip.

Umm..we already figured out what it is. I posted it earlier. BMW #314 BRIGHT RED or in German it's called HELLROT. not to be confused with the later Hellrot II
