I'm not mad. Why would I be mad? After all, as you said, you are the "fanatic" and I would think you would know these things. I'm glad I'm not more of a fanatic than you. I've got better things to do than spend my life on an internet car forum or obsessing about BMW, as much as I love the car brand.

The answer?

did you not see this link I posted previously when I responded with the meme?:

http://m3.madrussian.net/modelchanges.shtml

E46 M3 had the oval ones, then from '03-'04 models, they changed to the rectangular ones, especially with the premium package/BMW Assist optioned ones.

Trackday 101. When you fixate on an object, area, or rock, and do not look ahead, you will drive straight into said object, area, or rock.

looking at the video and the rock he hit, he destroy just about everything up front, and probably the motor too. Ah what the heck- it will buff right with some Meguiars quick detail.

This kid wanted to experience some real-life spirited driving just like his Xbox games...
He should have stuck with his gameboy.

Wish there was video of his parents' response to his wreck when they arrived to pick him up. Or, did he have to walk home?
