i had this problem when i first got my meyle hd arms installed (professionally)
drove it for a day or so and when i went to check under the car for any leaks and to also look at the newly installed control arm i seen the passenger ring sitting loose.
i seen the gap it came from and tucked it back in
should probably check to see if it came back out or not tho

BMA is going to exchange part...no problem....Great Folks....never had a problem....Theres a seller on ebay....from the Gambino family (no offense to the real Gambino family) that sells bmw parts made in China....They are horrible.
