Arrow Valve Adjustment Kit for Loan

BMW Shim Kit and Tools for Loan

Below is nearly everything you need to perform a valve adjustment on the S54B32 motor, and it's available on loan for 7 days.

The kit consists of:
-BMW's Shim Kit
-Micrometer
-Multiple Feeler Gauges
-BMW's Shim Removal/Install Tool
-Guide Sheet

Here are the feeler gauges and the BMW Shim Tool...

This is the micrometer that comes with the kit...

And this is the Guide Sheet I typed up for you to keep for your maintenance records for the car...

I will need a $500 deposit via Paypal before I ship the tools out to you. Once you receive the kit you will have 7 days to complete the valve adjustment and return the kit to me. If you return the full kit to me on time I will refund you $450 and your total cost for the valve adjustment will be only $50 plus return shipping and the cost of replacement shims. If however, you want the kit for 2 weeks, your total cost will only be $60 plus shipping and shims. Expect this job to take you anywhere from 3-5 hours to complete.

You will be responsible for replacing the shims missing from my kit when you are done. If you opt to not replenish the kit with new shims before shipping it back, I will subtract $5 from your deposit for each new shim I need to order to fill the kit. I just ordered new shims from BMW after I did my valve adjustment and they ran about $4.80 each. Below for your convenience is a list of all the available shim sizes with their respective part numbers...

1.72MM (11 34 7 832 270)
1.76MM (11 34 7 832 271)
1.80MM (11 34 7 832 272)
1.84MM (11 34 7 832 273)
1.88MM (11 34 7 832 274)
1.92MM (11 34 7 832 275)
1.96MM (11 34 7 832 276)
2.00MM (11 34 7 832 277)
2.04MM (11 34 7 832 278)
2.08MM (11 34 7 832 279)
2.12MM (11 34 7 832 280)
2.16MM (11 34 7 832 281)
2.20MM (11 34 7 832 282)
2.24MM (11 34 7 832 283)
2.28MM (11 34 7 832 284)
2.32MM (11 34 7 832 285)
2.36MM (11 34 7 832 286)
2.40MM (11 34 7 832 287)
2.44MM (11 34 7 832 288)
2.48MM (11 34 7 832 289)
2.52MM (11 34 7 832 290)

Your local BMW dealer is normally the cheapest/fastest way to get replacement shims. Some online dealers are cheaper, but after factoring in shipping and handling the dealer is almost always cheapest.

If you are interested and would like my kit, send me a PM or alternatively send me an email directly at niart906@gmail.com.
