Why this?

I know its an amp but what is all thats plugs missing and another amp connected there and is same brand that my speaker! Some help identifying this stuff thanks

...your best best is just to rip out the trunk lining and try to trace the wires. Is your head unit stock or aftermarket?

aftermarket! is a sony xplod i hate it so much grrrr, i will buy a OEM cd one and install it!

The 4th picture with 2 plugs, those are for factory cd changers. Every e46 is pre-wired for that even if you don't have the cd-changer. So don't worry about those two.

So guys if I buy a 6cd changer It's just plug and play ?

Yes it is, but you will have to buy the bracket for it and also the trunk liner with the door for the same. I dont think its worth it.
Just buy a head unit from 03+ car and do an aux in mod. Even better try to get one from 05, that will give you mp3 capability too.

With aux in your mp3 player/phone will be your cd changer without having to open the trunk to change the CDs.

And what about the big blue one? So this is normal in the car right nothing is missing there!?

Big blue one goes to amp.
There should be 2 connectors connecting to the amp.
One is from HU to Amp
The other one is from Amp to speakers.

That blue connector is for bluetooth. How logical that is. lol
