Yes, means a lot that my plate number is easy to remember and rolls off my tongue when checking into a motel night after night and having to write it on the check-in form.
With other plates I've had to walk back out into the parking lot to read my plate.

Private plates belong to the state. You don't get to auction off when tired.

Yes, it will make you look like a tool.
Especially in Ithaca.

As a matter of fact, two days ago I got passed by a guy in a big old ford pickup (F-150 I think), with a custom plate, I don't recall exactly what said, but was like "KING"... something... But I remember thinking to myself, wow that dude must have a really small penis.

Pretty Simple:

BMW 3

I've never seen another "BMW" plate. It's just $25 extra a year where I live. Used to be just $10 a year. I've had it 8 years.

I guess that a number plate gives a statement!When yours is related to the car then it`s more about the car and vice versa and then those who don`t really care what the plate reads!

Mine is my boy's name (sort of), but he can have it when he's 18. In the uk you can't have whatever you want it still has to match the system so you have to use letters and numbers, soon as my Audi sells it will be going on a 330cd.

Custom plates here in Denmark are 12.000DKK/5years, which is a bit over $2000 over 5 years. I wouldn't mind running a custom plate, but at that price, no way.

Candidly, Euro plates OK, but the choice of the two titles runs a bit déclassé in my opinion. Read OPINION. My viewpoint. What crowd are you trying to appeal to?
