No issues. Actually I used an aluminium cleaner, some dishes soap and 1400 psi Karcher. Just tried not to shoot directly to any electrical components neither hoses and removed my k&n air filter and MAF and filled with a bag.

The aluminium cleaner gave an special bright to the exhaust shields, the A/C connectors, alternator case and radiator. They almost looks white.

Absolutely, and I figured we were talking about the rinse, after a degrease and soak; but yeah the degreaser goes without saying.
Can't imagine the pressure it would take to clean an engine bay with straight water.

Doing this at home will also allow you to clean the engine while it's cool allowing you to let the degreaser soak for a few min. without it evaporating so quickly on a hot engine.

I guess on the flip side the gunk in the engine bay is loosened up by a warm engine, so:

Oil change. I wanted to tint my windows as well but the tint shops were busy.

IMO it's not a huge flip side. If you can't get a brush to an area, you probably shouldn't be dousing it in caustic chemicals. :p

I had sat around too long to start a fight at that point. I just left and went home. I have a lifetime alignment, which means any Firestone in the nation will align my BMW for free, as many times as I want. The Firestone downtown has successfully aligned my car on stock suspension and the Firestone in Fashion Valley has also successfully aligned my car on my current H&R springs. I'll just have to take it to either one of those to have it done correctly this time.

There is this finance concept I always butcher but its basically the time value of money, or something like, a dollar is worth more in my pocket than yours. I imagine your interest rate is pretty low, so in a sense you are borrowing the banks money for pretty cheap. you could pay it off, but why? Conversely, if you could take that money and invest it could you make more?

however, there are these amortization and payoff tables you can find online that tell you when it makes more sense to pay something off than to keep making payments. You would be surprised.
