BMW 330i 430066 limpmode ignition map
hello guys,
does anyone know whats really happening when the mil is on and which ignition map the ecu is using? i´ve done several topspeed tests and always the engine maxes out at ~220-225km/h. the dme is now equipped with a tuning file, but when compared the ignition advance is still the same as with stock DME. So i think there must be another ignition map, next to 91octane and 98octane, which is probably used in limp mode?! Last edited by daniel_f.; 09-08-2012 at 05:05 AM. |
