Scary noise

Ok so jus replaced my front lower control arms, got an alignment, and balanced the tires. Next day backing out the garage heard the same weird metallic rubbing noise but it is worse now even feel a shake in my steering wheel but just when turning. I jacked it up and got under it but everything looks fine but not too sure what to look for. Really don't like driving with that noise and would love to fix it, any tips?

Just some thoughts:
1. dust shield for your brakes could have been accidentally bent, rubbing rotors.
2. Your hub bearings are failed and the new LCAs are making it worse(more noticeable.)
3. Did you replace the FCABs along with your LCAs? If not and they are OLD, then these could have failed or become damaged during LCA replacement.

So got the problem diagnosed today after it appeared I lost power steering and the noise and stiffness in the wheel was caused by a blown power steering pressure hose
